The present invention relates to a device for moving a furniture part relative to a furniture body according to the features of the preamble of claim 1 and a piece of furniture with such a device.
In particular, the invention relates to wall cabinets which have an inner carcass which can be moved out of an outer carcass by means of an electric drive device, wherein the inner carcass is usually moved vertically downwards in order to allow easy access to all the compartments contained therein.
Now, there is a need to ensure that in a collision of the movable furniture part with an obstacle, the movement of the movable furniture part is prevented or at least another effective measure against the damage to the obstacle or the furniture are made.
In DE 3 215 572 A1 it is proposed to mount a spring-mounted plate with a limit switch in such a top cabinet on the underside of the inner body. If the inner body encounters an obstacle, the plate gives way and activates the limit switch, whereupon the drive is switched off.
A disadvantage of this solution is that the limit switch and the spring-mounted plate must be arranged on or in the movable furniture part. In addition to the visual impairment and the weight impairment of the movable furniture part, this has the consequence that cables must be laid for transmitting the signals of the limit switch in the movable furniture part.
The object of the invention is therefore to provide a device for moving a furniture part, which allows a simplified transmission of the signals from the sensor device to the drive device. Furthermore, a piece of furniture is to be provided with such a device.
This object is achieved by a device having the features of claim 1 and a piece of furniture having the features of claim 12.
This is done by the drive device is movably mounted on the carrier by means of a spring device and a sensor device is provided which emits an electrical signal depending on the relative position of the drive device to the carrier.
By the drive device itself is resiliently mounted, collisions and the like can be detected by changing the relative position between the carrier and the drive device. As a result, the sensor device no longer has to be arranged in the movable furniture part itself, whereby, of course, a laying of cables within an interior carcass is avoided.
Advantageous embodiments of the invention are defined in the dependent claims.
Preferably, a control or regulating device for controlling or regulating the drive device is provided, to which the electrical signal can be supplied. Reacting the drive device to collisions or the like is particularly easy to solve in this way.
It is particularly preferred that the control or regulating device is designed to stop the drive device as a function of the electrical signal. Damage to the movable furniture part or to the collision causing obstacle can be avoided.
Furthermore, it can be provided that the control or regulating device is designed to cause the drive device in response to the electrical signal to a revision movement - ie a short movement opposite to the original direction of movement. A possible jamming of a collision-causing obstacle can be easily resolved in this way. After the revision movement, the obstacle can be easily removed and normal operation continued.
Particular preference is further provided that the control or regulating device is adapted to determine an actual position of the fastening device relative to the carrier and to use for controlling or controlling the drive device. This embodiment is particularly advantageous if in addition the information is available, as the relative position between the drive device and fastening device or movable furniture part. By knowing the relative position between the fastening device and the drive device and between the drive device and the carrier, consequently, the relative position between the fastening device and the carrier can be determined. As a result, therefore, a relative position between the movable furniture part and the furniture body can be controlled or controlled in the mounted state.
In this case, it is also particularly preferred that the control or regulating device is designed to control or regulate the drive device such that the first end position and / or the second end position is constant relative to the carrier. The first or second end position may be a completely retracted or completely extended position of the furniture part. If, for example, the setting of objects to be stored into the inner body effectively changes the first or the second end position (due to the loading of the spring device), this can be corrected with the aid of the drive device. It can be realized in this way so a zero position compensation, whereby the resilient mounting of the drive device is not noticed by the operator.
In a similar way, exceeding a maximum loading of the furniture part can be seen. That is, the device may be configured so that upon movement of the spring device, which corresponds to overcharge, no movement of the drive device is performed.
The spring device may in particular comprise two coil springs. Coil springs may be advantageous because they achieve a relatively high spring stiffness in a structurally simple manner. By using more than one particular two coil springs can also increase rigidity against

To support this effect, a guide device for guiding the fastening device may be provided on the carrier. The electric drive device can be realized particularly easily with the aid of an electric motor and a spindle drive cooperating therewith. In addition, the relative position of the fastening device to the drive device in this construction, for example by means of a rotary encoder or the like, can be relatively easily detected.
Of course, the use of an additional sensor for detecting the relative position of the fastening device to the drive device is also conceivable.
The sensor device preferably comprises a potentiometer, whereby a particularly simple detection of the relative position of the drive device to the carrier can be realized.
It is particularly preferably provided that the sensor device comprises a toothed rod attached to the drive device or the carrier and a rotatably mounted on the carrier or the drive rotator, wherein between toothed rack and rotator a toothed connection and the potentiometer is arranged so that it adjusts the position of Rotators detected. The rotator can be designed as a gear. But also any other design, whereby a linear is transformed into a rotational movement, may be suitable.
In a piece of furniture with a device according to the invention, the support is to be fastened to the furniture body and the fastening device to the furniture part. As already mentioned, the furniture can be designed, in particular, as a top cabinet, wherein the furniture part embodied as an interior body can be moved substantially vertically.

FIG. 1 shows a device 1 according to the invention. The carrier 2 is not integral in this case. It consists of two main parts, of which the lower in the figure, a guide 16 (see Figures 4a, 4b and 8) for the fastening device 3 has. The fastening device 3 is designed for mounting on a movable furniture part, in particular an inner body of an upper cabinet.
Furthermore, the drive device 4 and the spring device 7 can be seen, both shown in greater detail in FIGS. 2 and 3.
As can be seen in these figures, the spring device 7 consists essentially of two coil springs 11. The drive device 4 has an electric motor 12 (see Figures 7 and 8) and a spindle drive. The spindle is arranged in a tube 13 and not shown. It is not new in itself and to carry out according to the knowledge of professionals.
In particular, in Figure 3, the sensor device 8 is further recognizable, which is shown in more detail in Figures 4a, 4b, 5 and 6.
Furthermore, an additional guide 18, by means of which a tilting of the drive device 4 relative to the carrier 2 is prevented, can be seen.
FIG. 4 a shows a perspective view, the drive device 4 being hidden for better visibility of the sensor device 8. As part of the drive device 4, only the tube 17, in which the threaded spindle is located, is still shown.
The sensor device 8 comprises the potentiometer 13 and the rack 14.
The rack 14 is in tooth connection with a designed as a gear rotator 15, which can be seen in Figure 4b, wherein in Figure 4b, the potentiometer 13 is also hidden.
Furthermore, parts of the guide 16 can be seen in both FIGS. 4 a and 4 b. Again, these guides are to be made in accordance with the knowledge of those skilled in the art and may include, for example, intermeshing rails with or without rollers or the like.
A detailed view of the device 1, which shows the sensor device 8 in more detail, is shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, this being the case for two different relative positions between the drive device 4 and the carrier 2.
If, for example, the relative position between the drive device 4 and the carrier 2 is present in an operating state as in FIG. 5 and a collision occurs during the movement of the furniture part 6, this leads to a change in the relative position of the drive device to the carrier 2, wherein the coil springs 11 stretch (see Figure 6). This change in position is detected by the sensor device 8. (Note the different lengths of the visible parts of the rack 14.)
Figures 7 and 8 show exploded views of a device according to the invention, wherein the reference numerals of course correspond to the above-described objects with the same reference numerals.
FIGS. 9 and 10 show a furniture 10 according to the invention with a device 1 according to the invention, two relative positions of the body 5 to the furniture part 6 being present in each case. This is also the case in Figure 11, wherein additionally an obstacle in the form of another piece of furniture below the piece of furniture 10 is shown with a glass thereon. As it moves downwardly, the inner body 6 hits the glass, causing the drive device to move upwardly in response to the back pressure of the glass against the force of the coil springs 11 (see Figure 6). This is detected by the sensor device 8 and reported to a control or regulating device 9.
However, the invention is effective not only in an outer obstacle, as shown in Figure 11. Likewise, obstacles which above the inner body 6 or between the inner body 6 other furniture parts - for example, between compartments of the inner body and closed furniture doors clamped body parts - are reliably detected by the invention. More generally, this applies to all obstacles which hinder or inhibit the movement of the furniture part 6 induced by the drive device 4.
The regulation or control of the drive device 4 is illustrated in the schematic block diagram of FIG.
The spring-mounted on the carrier 2 drive device 4 is controlled by a motor control or regulation M. The relative position x between the drive device 4 and the carrier 2 is measured by the sensor device 8.
The engine control M is connected to an operation unit B, and an operator can issue commands to the operation unit for the movement of the movable furniture. How this happens is not relevant to the invention. Any kind of keys, switches or triggering by opening cabinet doors are conceivable.
Due to the accelerations, which also occur in normal operation without collision or the like at the beginning and end of a movement of the movable furniture part, a shutdown of the drive device 4 with each change in the relative position x is not useful. Therefore, the control or regulating device 9 has a deactivator D, a decision maker E and a switch S.
On the basis of the control or regulation command issued by the engine control or regulation M, which is also supplied to the decision maker E, the decision maker E makes the decision as to whether the deactivation of the drive device 4 should be active in the event of a change in position. In principle, this is true if the movable furniture part 6 is subject to a movement at a constant speed or is stationary. In these cases, the decision maker E closes the switch S, whereby the deactivator D is able to supply signals to the motor control M. If the movable furniture part 6 is subject to a movement at a constant speed, the deactivator D may send a deactivation signal to the motor control M. Likewise, it is of course possible to cause by the deactivator D additionally a revision movement.
Even in the case of a stationary drive device 4, it makes sense to forward a change in position via the deactivator D to the motor control or regulation M. The motor control M can do this to equalize a zero position or an end position, which may be necessary when loading a top cabinet, for example.
The elements of the control or regulating device 9 (D, S, E, Μ, B) shown in FIG. 12 are essentially of a logical nature and may, of course, be realized on a single board or the like.
The present invention is not limited to the embodiment shown here. For example, the invention can also be used in a horizontally movable furniture part, in particular drawers. It is also not necessary to use two coil springs, because other known spring devices spring devices may represent similarly advantageous embodiments. The same applies to the use of a potentiometer for detecting a rotational position, because it is of course also possible to use a linear potentiometer or a completely different functioning sensor device. Finally, it is also not necessary to intervene in the engine control or regulation after the detection of a change in position between the drive device and the carrier. For example, it is also possible to simply output a warning tone.
